Is my rug really designed by AI?
The design is — guided entirely by your room, your colors and your taste. The rug itself is made by hand, to order, by our makers. AI imagines it; people craft it.
What sizes can I order?
Any size from 2x2 feet up — pick a standard size in the quiz or type your own custom dimensions in feet or centimeters. Pricing is per square foot.
What if the rug doesn’t match the preview exactly?
You approve the final design proof before we start weaving, and hand-finished colors can vary very slightly from screen renders. If something’s not right when it arrives, our remake guarantee has you covered.
How long until it arrives?
Each rug is crafted after you approve the design proof, and time depends on the technique: jute takes about 1–3 weeks, hand-tufted rugs 2–8 weeks, cotton 4–12 weeks, and hand-knotted rugs 10–30 weeks. Shipping is free worldwide, and we send updates along the way.
How much does a custom rug cost?
It depends on size and material — cotton and jute start lowest, hand-knotted wool and viscose are the premium end. Larger rugs cost less per square foot than smaller ones, since every rug carries a fixed share of making and delivery. You’ll see your exact price with your designs, before any commitment.
