The service. PersonalizeRug generates one-of-a-kind rug designs based on your inputs and, when you order, crafts the approved design as a physical rug made to your specifications.
Designs. Generated designs are created for your personal use. We retain the right to operate, improve and showcase the service; we will not resell your specific commissioned design to another customer.
Orders. All prices are calculated per square foot and shown before you pay. Production begins only after you approve the final design proof; the approved proof governs what we make. Handmade products may show minor natural variations — these are part of the craft, not defects.
Cancellations & refunds. See our Refund policy. All sales are final on custom orders. We may decline and fully refund any order we cannot produce.
Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages — including lost profits or costs of substitute goods — arising from your use of the service or a delay in production or delivery.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
