Shipping policy
Every rug is crafted by hand after you approve your design proof, then shipped to you — shipping is free, worldwide, on all orders.
Production & delivery estimates (from design-proof approval):
- Hand-tufted rugs (wool or viscose): 2–8 weeks
- Hand-knotted rugs (wool or viscose): 10–30 weeks
- Cotton rugs: 4–12 weeks
- Jute rugs: 1–3 weeks
Oversized rugs (wider than 11 feet) may require an additional 4–12 weeks.
Tracking: you'll receive a tracking link as soon as your rug ships.
Customs & duties: customers outside the United States are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import fees. We are not responsible for packages held, delayed, or discarded by customs.
Signature on delivery: orders over $3,000 require a signature upon delivery.
Damage in transit: please inspect your rug on arrival and report any transit damage within 7 days of delivery to info@personalizerug.com with photos.
